Visit of H.E Obiang Nguema Mbassogo, the president of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea to CISSA Secretariat headquarters on the 20th  of February 2023, followed by a special luncheon offered to the attending Presidents on the margins of the African Union Summit. The presence of H.E. Obiang Nguema Mbassogo and other presidents at the luncheon was a testament to the collective commitment to promoting peace and stability on the continent but also as a symbol of trust and support for the CISSA efforts.
