The PoE, consisting of senior representatives from each CISSA member, is responsible for reviewing the Secretariat’s activities between conferences, preparing the conference’s agenda and program, ensuring the implementation of decisions, and making recommendations on the proposed budget. The PoE may delegate some functions to Specialized Technical Committees and carry out other functions assigned by the Conference or its Rules of Procedure.
