The CISSA Headquarters
History shows that the strength of States, in all their dimensions, has been solidified by the reliability and effectiveness of their intelligence and security services. We will be stronger, more respected, and invulnerable if we maintain the Africanness of our intelligence Services.
The need to endow the Committee of Intelligence and Security Services of Africa (CISSA) with a permanent headquarters and its own infrastructure must be reflected in the establishment of a solid foundation on which the common security of Africa can be built.
A well-functioning CISSA will contribute to making the right decisions vital for our survival and development, while being the nucleus dealing with the threats and risks that may affect our continent and mitigate them.
