Panel of Experts

The PoE, composed of senior representatives of each Member of CISSA, shall:

• Consider the report on the activities of the Secretariat in between Conferences and draw any necessary recommendations for the consideration and approval of the Conference ;
• Prepare agenda and programme of the Conference
• Ensure the implementation of the decisions of the Conference
• Consider and make recommendations on the budget as proposed by the Secretariat for consideration and approval by the Conference
• The PoE may delegate some of its functions to any of the Specialized Technical Committees
• Carry out any other function assigned to it by the Conference or as contained in its Rules of Procedure

The PoE shall also:

• convene prior to the meeting of the Conference to prepare for the business of the Conference
• meet in an extraordinary session according to its Rules of Procedure
