common security threats.<\/li><li>Develop and consolidate confidence building measures among intelligence and security services.<\/li><li>Provide the PSC of AU with necessary data and intelligence for the adoption of, among others, an African policy and strategy for peace keeping and conflict prevention, management and resolution.<\/li><li>Serve as a platform for cooperation with similar organizations to CISSA outside Africa.<\/li><li>Serve as a back channel of communication between Members during the
